All custom gift boxes and digital resources are offered by request. Submitting a request through the site is not a purchase and does not create a binding order. We review each request and reply with availability, pricing, and timing.

An order exists only once we confirm the details with you in writing and you approve the quote. Prices shown on the site are estimates and may change based on contents, quantity, customization, and shipping.

Payment is arranged directly with us by invoice. We do not process card payments through this website and never ask for card details by email or through a web form.

Because boxes are assembled to order, changes or cancellations must be requested before assembly begins. Once a box has been assembled or shipped, it is generally non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days and we will make it right.

Some boxes include food or beverage items. We are not able to guarantee an allergen-free environment. If the recipient has allergies or dietary restrictions, tell us in your request and we will substitute where possible. Alcohol, when offered, is only included where lawful and requires an adult signature at delivery.

Guides, driving education material, and any business or reselling content on this site are for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or driving-instruction advice, and no outcome or income is promised. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws that apply to you.
