I started selling on eBay in 2002. Back then it was paperback books and porcelain figurines from estate sales — small money, but enough to learn that the work of reselling is mostly the work of paying attention.
For years I taught new drivers in parking lots before sunrise. Calm voice. Same six skills, sequenced. The teens who learned them in order made it home safely. The ones rushed through them usually came back for a second round.
Walmart reselling is the same story in a different car. The sellers I see lose their accounts overnight aren't lazy — they skipped the order. So now I teach the order, plainly, to anyone who wants to listen.
